Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At Namaharts, we take pride in offering premium handmade terracotta smoking bong pots. Each product is individually crafted and may exhibit slight variations, reflecting its artisanal nature. Due to the fragile and specialized nature of our products, the following policy applies:
1. Returns
Returns shall be accepted only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery of the product.
A clear and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for verification and processing of any return request.
Failure to provide adequate proof within the stipulated timeframe may result in rejection of the request.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items shall not be eligible for return:
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Used smoking products, due to hygiene and safety considerations.
Minor variations in color, texture, shape, or finish, as these are inherent characteristics of handmade terracotta products and do not constitute defects.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds shall be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original method of payment used during the transaction.
Namaharts reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated conditions.
4. Replacement Policy
Replacements shall be offered only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery along with a valid unboxing video for verification.
Upon approval, a replacement will be arranged subject to product availability.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is attributable to Namaharts (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
In all other cases, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations shall not be permitted.
